They said to Apply one to two swipes to underarms. Warm in armpits for a few seconds, if necessary. Stop use if rash or irritation occurs. I have been using this for few weeks. I got to say I love this deodorant and smell so good. I love that it does not contain Aluminum, Propanediol, or propylene glycol. All the ingredients are all organic and it is cruelty-free. I did not get any irritation on my armpit. It leaves my armpits soft and smelling good. I did the test if it last twenty-four hours. It passed the test my armpit did not smell and I am an active mother. Overall I love this deodorant and it is safe and I can pronounce all the ingredients.

I have been using this for a few weeks now. I love how it smells and leaves my skin soft and smooth. It did not dry my skin at all. I love that my skin stays with a light scent of cinnamon. I also like that it does not contain nasty chemicals in it. It is cruelty-free and all organic ingredients. Overall I love this Spice Deodorant Soap and I honestly recommend it.
